On arrival your team leader needs to report to the committee that your team has arrived. The committee will check whether the team has already paid for participating and you will get as many dinner tickets as the number of people you have paid for. If you have gotten a spot in one of the cabins, you will receive the key if you have paid the full amount for the cabin, including the deposit of 150 euro's and you have given us your mobile number. There is only one key per Cabin, so make sure you have contact with the other team(s) in your cabin before the tournament how to organise this!
If you check in late in the Friday evening (after 11 PM) the committee is probably in the Vestingbar so you will have to check in on Saturday morning. Please make sure you do this at least half an hour before the first match you have to play or referee!
