Registration for teams will open between Sunday 25 October 2026 (00:00) and Sunday 22 November 2026 (23:59).
The theme this year will be Studio Ghibli / Spirited away, so make sure you get a suitable teamname and outfit for free bonus points (that can not be used in the tournament :)!
We have implemented the registration of your team into the website. You can login and register an account. Via this account you can sign up one or multiple teams (between the mentioned registration dates!). If you want to change anything for your registration, you can do so on this account page. You do not have to contact the ISSTT committee for changes that can be made on your own account page.
Signed up Your team is signed up when you have registered your team in your account.
Enrolled Your team is enrolled when we have received the minimum entrance fee for a team on our bank account. (200 euros, 50 euro for 4 persons). You will only be considered for the cabin lottery when you are enrolled before Sunday 22 November 2026 (23:59)
Bank account NL45 RABO 0345 7268 39 - under the name of: ISSTT. Please also mention your team name in the payment.
Deadline for making changes to your sign-up After your team is signed up, you are allowed to make changes to your team until the deadline of Friday 4 December 2026 (23:59). This includes the following:
- Changing the number of players in your team. Signing off a player will be without cost. Signing up an extra player will be the regular cost of 50 euro's. Number of players in a team should still be at least 4.
- Changing your food wishes. NOTE: for signing up a team, the deadline of Sunday 22 November 2026 (23:59) applies!
Cabin lottery Deadline for signing up for the cabin lottery will be Sunday 22 November 2026 (23:59). After this date, it will not be possible to sign up for the cabin lottery. This means that if your team signed up an extra player after the deadline of Sunday 22 November 2026 (23:59), then the player will not be eligible for the cabin lottery. You will only receive a spot for every player that was paid for (for both tournament and cabin!) - including the team deposit. These payments need to be made before Sunday 22 November 2026 (23:59). If you did not get a spot in a cabin you will get the money back in the week after the mentioned deadline.
After the deadline: After Sunday 22 November 2026 (23:59):
- Signing up a team will increase the fee by 10 euro’s per player.
- Sign up for cabin lottery is closed.
- Costs for cabin spots will not be refunded. So if you got a spot in the cabin and you won't be able to join, then you will not get your money back.
After Friday 4 December 2026 (23:59):
- Signing up extra players will not be possible.
- Signing off a player only gives you 50% of the regular sign up fee back.
- Food wishes will not be updated. If your preferred food is not there, well… that's too bad (and also your own fault).
